Description

When you have a room with lots and lots of recent join and leave events (e.g. slow moving IRC chats), the room gets visually reloaded every time you open it instead of having already loaded the contents like all other rooms.

Steps to reproduce

• Find a room with lots of recent join and leave events
• Switch to a different room, then open previously found room
• Notice it reloading all contents instead of displaying it instantly like all other rooms

Describe how what happens differs from what you expected.

You'd expect the contents of the room to already be loaded like with all other rooms.
