Timestamps should condense

Currently the only timestamp options are to always show all timestamps (which shows timestamps next to every single message) or to not (which only shows the timestamp of the most recent message).

It would be nice if it could condense timestamps similar to Slack or Discord where it shows the timestamp on the first message in a chain sent by one person.

@nyoma-diamond Currently there's an option to only show the latest timestamp in a chat timeline, could this issue be considered "closed" off of that, or do you propose something "show the first timestamp of every first "chunk" of messages from a user"? Something similar to discord;
