Room "unread notification in a prior version of this room" dismiss button in a weird place #14960

The bar telling me there are prior unread notifications in a room has its dismiss button in the top bar, rather than on the notification bar itself. It looks really out of place.

Also the 'X' button doesn't seem to do anything when clicked.
