I will send logs, but in at least 2 rooms I cannot read the recents incoming messages

Google Chrome (Version 86.0.4240.183 )

Maybe an issue with my network.
I forced a refresh, then all recent messages (incoming and outgoing) were missing, but after several minutes all missing messages were back...

I think this is because we don't show a spinner when we're loading as of a year or two ago.
