Currently almost every button has a "context clue" that pops up right next to it, denoting its function, however, this even happens when gliding through a set of buttons, distracting and/or obscuring other buttons.

My suggestion is to add some extra delay to (plus 0.5 to 1 seconds) to these context clues.

This goes paired with #16956, to replace the context clues' functionality to alert a user that a functionality is present, with a simple highlighting of the button for the user.
