The status bar should push the timeline out of the way, not scroll it

@turt2live What do you mean by stuck? Just tried reproducing with devtools offline and switching rooms and the timeline seems to work and scroll either direction.

Stuck as in when the connection is restored, it won't auto-scroll down anymore (without manual intervention)
