I believe it would interesting to have a metric that tracks how long it takes for Element to load in a state in which it is usable.
Ideally this metric would be translatable to all platforms (web, ios, android)

To complete this task I imagine one would have to determine at what point we consider Element to be usable and add the tracking marker using the performance monitoring utility
