Ctrl+Backspace and Ctrl+Delete no longer work in composer #18500

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enter a word in the composer
  2. Attempt to delete the entire word at once with Ctrl+Backspace or Ctrl+Delete

What happened?

Only a single character is deleted from the word

What did you expect?

The entire word should be deleted at once
