Steps to reproduce

  1. Join any encrypted room
  2. Simulate bad internet connectivity somehow (in chrome you can do it via devtools in Network panel)
  3. Wait for "retry" message
  4. Restore network state to fully operational and try to angrily send the voice message (click multiple times)

Outcome

What did you expect?

The message will be sent only once

What happened instead?

Message has been sent multiple times
