Add keyboard shortcut for "Clear cache and reload"

I'm in a lot of rooms and with bans and redactions happening, quite often (multiple times per day) you have to do a "Clear cache and reload" to get the message list updated properly.

Unfortunately "Clear cache and reload" is buried deep in the settings, on element-web it takes three (3) mouse clicks + scrolling down a page + another mouse click.

Please add a keyboard shortcut for this function. Or really any other way to get to this button fast. :)

What do you mean by get the message list updated properly? It feels like this asking for a workarouund rather than us actually fixing the issue which would be preferable from my POV

I'm talking from a perspective of a room where there are lots of trolls and spammers. When these ppl get banned and redacted sometimes there are leftovers from the redacted spam that only disappear after a "Clear cache and reload".
Another example: Trolls that join with objectionable display names, even when these get redacted they only really disappear from the message list after another "Clear cache and reload".

I'm on Matrix for well over a year now and this has been a constant issue. Yes, fixing the core issues would be preferable but a keyboard shortcut would be a great workaround until you get to that.
I'm really tired of clicking my pfp > All Settings > Help & About > scrolling down the page and clicking "Clear cache and reload" multiple times every day. Talk to some other moderators in very active rooms about this perhaps.

There's also a bug in Matrix where rooms suddenly have the wrong name, instead of the correct name it reads "Name and 3987 others". Again, "Clear cache and reload" fixes this but many users don't even know about this function since it is buried so deep within the settings.
