Steps to reproduce

I simply dmed one of the people on the server I'm in.

Outcome

What did you expect?

For the DM to go through normally

What happened instead?

The person on the other end can't see my messages and it turns out like "Unable to decrypt: The sender's device has not sent us the keys for this message."

Windows

Application version

Element version: 1.11.3 Olm version: 3.2.12

Element.io/get-started

Will you send logs?

You will need to send logs for us to be able to figure out what is going on here - could you please do that?
