Steps to reproduce

  1. Created two rooms, two different administrators
  2. First person calls the second from the first room, then from the second room
  3. First person goes back to the first room and presses "switch"

Outcome

What did you expect?

Call in the second room continues, and in the second is on hold

What happened instead?

After "switch":
"Signalling failed: M_LIMIT_EXCEEDED: MatrixError: [429] Too Many Requests (https://matrix-client.matrix.org/_matrix/client/r0/rooms/!xkMkQJZLzlUdhPcOZj%3Amatrix.org/send/m.room.encrypted/m1670682697177.17)"

A message above the chat (appears in the first, then in the second room):
"Some of your messages were not sent"

On Windows 10 (first person):
