  1. Start Element
  2. View a room with a thread, where you have new message since last start

Outcome

What did you expect?

See the thread message preview

What happened instead?

TUTD

Message preview shows „unable to decrypt“.

If you open the thread you can read the message.

Operating system

Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS

Application version

Element Nightly version: 2022121401 Olm version: 3.2.12

I wonder if this is a case of the keys arriving after the message, and the thread preview not being updated.
