Voice messages are indistinguishable from regular audio uploads in chat exports #24147

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a room
  2. Send a voice message
  3. Download the voice message
  4. Upload the voice message file (will appear as an audio file rather than a voice message)
  5. Export the room timeline

Outcome

What did you expect?

A difference between the two messages.

What happened instead?

The first is the real voice message.

Piggybacking onto this, it would also be nice if the naming convention for the voice messages in the chat export was such as to make them easy to list chronologically when sorting them alphabetically. Something like YYYYMMDDHHMMSS-Voice Message.ogg instead of the current "Voice-Message-MMDDYYY-HHMMSS. AM PM.ogg" which is hard to sort not only because of the AM/PM but also because single digit months are not padded with a zero.
