Steps to reproduce

  1. Where are you starting? What can you see?
    Starting the call - another person did pick up but the connection stucks on "connecting"
  2. What do you click?
    Call icon

Outcome

What did you expect?

That the call can be established

What happened instead?

Stuck on connecting - but only with connections between to participants with the new version 1.11.22<->1.11.22 doesnt work while 1.11.22 <-> <1.11.22 works.

Windows 10/IOS

Application version

1.11.22 / 3.2.12

Hello! Thanks for raising in issue on element!

I made a call with 1.11.22 and it was working as expected. Can you share more information ? In the description only the 1.11.22 is mentioned ("while 1.11.22 <-> <1.11.22 works").

Hey

I cant make calls between 1.11.22<->1.11.22 where 1.11.22 <-> **<**1.11.22 works without any issues. (means calls from 1.11.22 to prior versions works).

Got multiple friends on 1.11.22 - all not callable - stuck on "connecting" while other with prior version works without any issues.

And i did update server also, did restart matrix/coturn and did restart my client as well.

Interesting - had no problem with the 1.11.18 update last week - only since this week with the update 1.11.22

I'm also stuck on "connecting" when trying out Element Call on https://develop.element.io.
