Why would you like to do it?

To recover screen space and therefore be able to read more messages without having to scroll up.

How would you like to achieve it?

By pressing a close button, or one with the label "hide".

Pressing resend keys doesn't work most of the times, or is not even needed (for example, message that can't be decrypted was sent too long ago and I don't even care about reading it)

This issue is making Element unusuable for me and those I use the app with. I can't read new messages and nothing seems to fix the issue. I just keep getting this popup which appears to do nothing.
