Steps to reproduce

When I close Element client it goes down to system tray, or it should. Sometimes it doesn't appear in system tray when closed, sometimes appear. When I put my PC into Sleep and then awake it after some time, Element client is still running on the background but it doesn't appear in system tray.

I had about the same issue on Debian 12 Gnome DE. I tried different things but closing Element into system tray was glitchy for the entire last year.

Outcome

I expect it work normally like all the other apps.

I tried Element on Ubuntu both KDE and Gnome but the issue still persists everywhere.

On Ubuntu KDE I get crash notification when I minimize it to system tray.

Crash log in attachment.
