Steps to reproduce:

  1. Upload file in Room 1
  2. Quickly switch to Room 2
  3. Have the upload fail e.g. by disconnecting from internet
  4. Error doesn't say in which room the failure happened, which isn't great given the failure may have happened multiple uploads/room changes later.
