loudspeaker drops to earpiece randomly during voice call #3490

as title suggests, it has happened for a long time, but recently it happens very frequently. at times it drops to earpiece every couple seconds. I suspect it has something to do with the network connectivity.
also even if you enable speaker when ringing it doesn't remember that when actually connects.
I'm on 0.9.12 f-droid.
