This is largely just a reminder for me that we should push the "make a widget" API across the line.

As per #8, if I provide a default integration manager today, because of differences in Scalar/Dimension, jitsi will no longer work (unless the user is able to paste a lump of configuration into their Riot instance).

tbh I'm not sure this is a good fit for a user story - it's basically a bug.

#8 is becoming less of a user story and more of a product definition, which is why this is split out. Ideally user stories are isolated and actionable rather than lists of things to do (imo)

We did this for web without an integration manager.
