更新了element-plus@1.3.0-beta.2之后，el-table组件横向滚动条：
在改变窗口横向边距后，横向滚动条显隐会触发控制台未知错误：
ERROR: Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'insertBefore')
WARNING: Unhandled error during execution of scheduler flush. This is likely a Vue internals bug.

暂时不知道是什么原因导致的，props没有更改，之前无此错误
