who deleted my far-future tag...

anyways

Post here if you want to be a mod/admin when the site is built out more, create an account on the site, and tell me the account's name. I shall deem whether or not you are worth to be an admin or mod.

Can tell the rest of us exactly what the admins/mods would do?

@matthewr6

I can tell, probably.
Basically moderating stuff - account/project modification/deletion/addition

@PullJosh

Hopefully I can be admin... I started the project, and people seem to think I'm a decent mod. :P

@matthewr6
Copy link
Contributor Author

No, just because. :P

@matthewr6
Copy link
Contributor Author

@PullJosh Also, it'd be a wee bit helpful to actually have an account :P (unless you're "aaa" or "a"?)

@PullJosh
Copy link
Contributor

I don't. Just in the future. :P

@alyssarosenzweig
Copy link

@Firedrake969 I'm "aaa" and "a" simultaneously, trapped in a quantum entanglement, in between the two nicknames, but never, ever, "aa".

@matthewr6
Copy link
Contributor Author

Oh, so it's you?

@alyssarosenzweig
Copy link

@Firedrake969 Indeed it is.

@matthewr6
Copy link
Contributor Author

I'm sorry, but if you wish to be an admin, your name must be "aa".

@TheInitializer
Copy link

If I'm going to work on the backend I should be an admin :P

@matthewr6
Copy link
Contributor Author

true
can't do it now tho

@an-OK-squirrel
Copy link
Contributor

Can I be admin? :P

@matthewr6
Copy link
Contributor Author

sure, just give me your account name
btw @TheInitializer you might want to make a new account since you can now use - and _ in your name

@an-OK-squirrel
Copy link
Contributor

I think I was supersquirrel.

@matthewr6
Copy link
Contributor Author

btw I can always change your username

@an-OK-squirrel
Copy link
Contributor

I'll make a new one :p

@an-OK-squirrel

I forgot my pass, so delete the account

@matthewr6
Copy link
Contributor Author

@an-OK-squirrel
Copy link
Contributor

@an-OK-squirrel
Copy link

@matthewr6

I'll change your username, just post what you want it to be

@an-OK-squirrel
Copy link
Contributor

@an-OK-squirrel
Copy link
Contributor

I'm making a new account.

@an-OK-squirrel
Copy link

Actually, I'm generating a password in python

@matthewr6

@an-OK-squirrel

@quat1024
Copy link

Apparently our blank comments are different, if I use Inspect Element on yours there's a <p> tag, and mine uses a <blockquote> tag instead. Huh

@an-OK-squirrel
Copy link
Contributor

Mine I wrote a </offtopic on github ahhh>

@quat1024

@TheInitializer

lol we're totally mature enough to be mods

@PullJosh
Copy link
Contributor

I don't think that every one of us should be a mod/admin. 📦

@matthewr6

I don't think that every one of us should be a mod/admin. 📦

@PullJosh
Copy link

Probably makes me sound like a narcasist (is that the word?), but I'm pretty sure I should be a mod.

Whether I should be an admin or not is debatable.

@matthewr6
Copy link
Contributor Author

narcissist*
and for obvious reasons I have to be a superuser (above admin status)

@TheInitializer
Copy link

Yeahlol
superuser*

@matthewr6
Copy link
Contributor Author

what?
I wrote that :P

@PullJosh
Copy link
Contributor

I'd say do @Firedrake969 as superuser, me as mod (maybe admin?), and @quat1024 as mod if he wants to.

@quat1024
Copy link
Contributor

CAN I BE SUPERYOUZUR??

Not sure if I wanna be a mod, I'll probably forget to do "mod stuff" after like a week heh... PJ should totes be a mod though

@PullJosh
Copy link
Contributor

Okay. Totally up to you. :)

@PullJosh
Copy link
Contributor

@Firedrake969 What is the diference between mods and admins?

@matthewr6
Copy link
Contributor Author

Admins can create/delete (please don't)/edit, mods can only edit

@PullJosh
Copy link
Contributor

Ah, I see... Admin would probably make the most sense for me then.

@an-OK-squirrel
Copy link
Contributor

I'm an admin because I will help with that

@PullJosh
Copy link
Contributor

Hmm... Are you sure you need to be admin?

I feel like having too many admins/mods is a bad idea.

@an-OK-squirrel
Copy link
Contributor

derp

@PullJosh
Copy link
Contributor

Just the fact that you used "derp" is probably a bad sign for admin privileges. :P

@an-OK-squirrel
Copy link
Contributor

I know. it doesn't really matter if I'm admin

owait I posted that

Rule 1: don't post stuff on github at six in the morning
