In data anomalies tests we collect metrics for 14 days back by default (configurable as 'days_back').
For performance reasons, if elementary already has data for some of the days, it won't recalculate the metrics.
However, in some cases, users may want to recalculate.
Also if there was a full-refresh to an incremental table, we should probably recalculate by default.
