GNOME Web doesn't show in Applications plug after setting a different browser #412

After installing another browser (Ephemeral) and setting it as default, the Flatpak version of Web no longer hows up as a default option in the Applications plug. Similarly, it no longer shows up as an option in my menu in Ephemeral (which uses similar code to the Applications plug).

I'll want to confirm this on a fresh install, but if it's reproducible, we need to figure out why it's not showing up.

Confirmed this again on a fresh install today.

I can still confirm this on a fresh install.

Running sudo update-desktop-database /var/lib/flatpak/exports seems to resolve it. I wonder if this isn't running properly in CI when the iso is built or something. I think by that logic, updating or installing another systemwide flatpak should also "fix" it.

@davidmhewitt hm, that's not resolving it for me here; I still see alternative browsers, but not Web in the dropdown.

I can also confirm this on elementaryos-6.0-daily.20210624 and the above command doesn't seem to fix it.

I used to experience this issue too, but it looks like it is fixed. I can see GNOME Web in the default applications settings.
