Crop aspect ratio not respected when one edge hits edge of photo

What Happened?

I was cropping a number of photos to put in picture frames, and I noticed when I hit the edge of the photo with the square crop, the other dimension kept increasing (breaking the square aspect ratio)

Steps to Reproduce

• Open a non-square photo
• Select the crop tool
• Adjust the crop preview until one edge goes past the edge of the photo
• See the aspect ratio not respected

Expected Behavior

Aspect ratio should be respected. :)
