Add previous and next workspace hot corners

Right now we have a "new workspace" hot corner, but I could see value in "previous workspace" and "next workspace" hot corners. This could kind of mitigate some of the lack of multitouch gestures if a user set, for example, the bottom-left for previous and the bottom-right as next.
