Sliders etc sensitive when no output devices available #223

What Happened?

When there are no available output devices, all sliders etc are still sensitive

Steps to Reproduce

Have a computer with no sound outputs like a desktop that isn't connected to anything:

Expected Behavior

Widgets which have no effect should be insensitive
