Needs:

A new dependency parser
A new trusted package reference: https://github.com/elementsinteractive/twyn/blob/main/src/twyn/trusted_packages/references.py#L28
Some way to select/configure these and catch incorrect configurations (say, running twyn in a npm project with pypi reference).
Allowing to configure twyn through a twyn.toml instead of pyproject.toml only (which is a python configuration file).
Maybe more things I am missing.
