unable to see annotations cross-platform (android/windows)

Annotations cannot be viewed between different platforms, seemingly because they use different referencing methods.

E.g. the annotation location references look like this
"link":[{"href":"http://localhost/?loc=part0008.xhtml"}, ... - Android
"link":[{"href":"app://obsidian.md/index.html?loc=part0006.xhtml"}, ... - Windows

The blob includes these references in several locations, but a find replace does fix this for anyone wanting a quick solution.
