I should localize the app using the i18n ruby gem with yaml files.

Ruby text to be localized:

die_with_error exit message
die_with_error types
Various default $twitter_msg
"Something went wrong"
input requests (JSON file, Twitter password, Wiki password)

Java text to be localized:

Frame titles
Component titles
FileNameExtensionFilter first parameter
