Feature request - auto darken and auto lighten the file sidebar, based upon usage #17

Would it be possible to add in a feature whereby the directory and file listing sidebar has darker colors when it's not being used.

The xydarkfocus theme does exactly this.

I find that the design is great however it's almost too good and I get distracted when creating notes because it stands out too much.
