Add settings to hide Hero Point buttons on specific sheet types

Add Module Settings options to hide the Reward and Spend buttons from the top of character sheets, there should be a settings for individual sheets. The top bar gets very crowded, and there is often no need for hero points on NPCs, Vehicles, Familiars, etc.

If it is hard to make toggles for each individual sheet type, having a single toggle to disable hero points on Non-character sheets is good enough.
