How to use:
First, setup your baseline SourceBans 2 installation with the relavent MySQL Server information.
Then, upload the files, go to the 'install' folder, and edit the file listed as 'InstallScript.php'. Add your SourceBans 1 MySQL Server Information where specified.
Finally, execute the file listed as 'upgrade.php' and it should import your old SourceBans config to your new one successfully!
