Is it still weird? I am not observing it, but I can maybe get a hold of a Windows 8 machine.

Okay, sorry for the trouble and delay :/ I have observed this kind of clipping on other pages, but I have never been able to pin down the root cause. I assume the dimensions of a text box are being calculated incorrectly, but when I observe it, it seems to be intermittent. Let me know if you see it again or notice any patterns in when it happens!
