可以考虑先添加小程序到桌面（随后可以移除），再试试看。

最开始就添加了，又试了一遍还不行，补充下微信用 scoop 安装的

这里实现的原理其实是关闭程序 然后通过 C:\Program Files (x86)\Tencent\WeChat\WechatAppLauncher.exe 加上小程序id来进行启动小程序的，用 scoop 安装估计WechatAppLauncher不在对应位置或者启动方式不一样

后续能否加个兼容方案
我的：D:\Scoop\apps\wechat\current\WechatAppLauncher.exe
