Every time I restart Unity, the effect of Glow will be lost #58

I'm Using Unity 2021.3.2f1
This problem does not occur when using the built-in rendering pipeline
With URP, when I first imported this package, it looked fine

But when I restart Unity, It became this

All outline beccame white and thick, it is also not possible to adjust the size of the outline.
The glow effect also disappears as a matter of course.
I still have to delete the package and reinstall it to restore the original effect, is there any way to solve this problem?

Solved, It turns out that there is a shader with the same name in the project folder, probably left over from the previous import with Git
