Toggle input method (-> on)

Enter insert state

Toggle input method (-> off)

Exit insert state

Enter insert state, input method is still turned on

Bonus:\
6. Exit insert state\
7. Toggle insert state (-> off)\
8. Enter insert state, input method is still turned on\

So toggling input method in insert state doesn't last and breaks toggling in the buffer.

I added a fix in commit 47ea855; please test.

As far as I can tell this broke the possibility to turn the input method on in normal mode.\
The toggle in input state is fixed, though.
