[Feature Request] quickrun-region will run quickrun if no region get activiated.

For now, this feature works only when mark a region manually once at first time, then it behavior same as quickrun when no region get activated.

if first time, never mark a region, will get following error:

ad-Advice-command-execute: The mark is not set now, so there is no region`
