非常感谢作者的这项非常棒的工作。但是我在使用gensim加载词向量的时候遇到了encoding问题，一部分字符不能被utf-8解码。不知作者可否提供词向量的二进制文件从而避免这个问题？

解决了，是解压缩的时候出了问题
