0.4.5 release on pypi would be awesome #20

The good work of @joncotton and @dokipen is hard to use until pypi gets updated. In the mean while folks can add
-e git+git://github.com/embedly/embedly-python.git#egg=embedly
to their requirements files or run it as a argument to pip install to install the current master.

+1 but I vote for at least a 0.5.0 release, see this discussion

Actually, i just found a issue last night where if i install httplib2 and embedly-python in the same pip run, embedly can not find httplib2, and gives up. Rolling back to your canonical branch solved the issue.

I suspect there is another bug to tease out before .5.0

#19 fixes that httplib2 issue, which was discovered here. The PR definitely needs merging before the next official release.
