[3.1.0] component/helper not found message

Hello,

Just cerated a new app on 3.1.0

wrote following in template.hbs

First component exists, the second one - no. But I got no errors in console. I believe there was something like 'helper not found' message or similar ?

when I pass a parameter like a=1 I get an error. don't you think we need at least some warning?
so reading the someone's hbs file you can't say for sure whether it's component name or variable, maybe always having # symbol is good idea?
