Hi this is the owner of the "bot" @staticmanlab. I'm starting this issue in response to your recent invitation to my "bot". I'm no longer running my Staticman instance staticman3.herokuapp.com since Staticman's maintainer has advised everyone to stay away from any shared API instance in eduardoboucas/staticman#317 (comment). I'm sorry for my lack of updates about this in the Staticman integration in all Jekyll and Hugo themes to which I've contributed. I'm going to update the corresponding documentation in these repo in response to the linked comment by the app's maintainer.

If you really want Staticman service with this theme, please follow Staticman's README : https://github.com/eduardoboucas/staticman and click the deploy button inside Deploy, and configure the necessary variables in the popped up Heroku page in order to start Staticman with no installation.
