Project Goals:

• Create a website that describes United by Chocolate's goals
• Allows users to connect/provide feedback
• Provide a centralized location for translated videos and streams

Project Description

• We're helping United by Chocolate create a website to host their content. United By Chocolate has a plethora of translated videos about the Chocolate industry that they want to share to non-English speaking users. The website provides a platform to share these videos and enables some analytics on what topics are popular and the types of content users are most engaged with.

Project Goals

• Build a maintainable, multilingual website for hosting UBC's videos
• Design website around videos, translation services, and user engagement

Recent Progress

• Defined the project requirements more concretely over multiple meetings
• Began to evaluate different potential website solutions based on project requirements

This Month's Goals

• Outline a project timeline with deliverables
• Select a technology solution and begin prototyping/development

Project Description: United by Chocolate:

Project is focus on making available videos/material related to cacao farming/industry and production, as well as setting a mechanism for getting feedback

Status: Active (we have our first meetings focused on identifying scope/goals/deliverables/stack)

Project Goals

• Design and build a web site to make available videos
• Build mechanism for collection feedback (automatic)
• leave a template / documentation for future projects with a similar connotation about civic tech website consultancy
