Netview network display

When I ran the ra25 example I had two problems. First, the display of the network layers, fragmented when I zoomed in at a high magnification. Second, after moving the layers around and manipulating them, the example crashed.

the zoom frag is a function of the camera.Near setting which is .01 -- this gives better overall depth resolution performance but does result in the fragging for ultra-zoom..

How did you move them around!? that isn't implemented yet! :)

I could rotate the network. Probably not moving it.
