Scrape some relative data and save it into JSON files, as the other Maps and Charts backends.

Data origins:

Note: It should go to the scraping repository at https://github.com/emibcn/covid-data
Note 2: It is nice if it's done with Javascript, but other languages will also be accepted, like Python, Perl, Go or Ruby.
