enabled with "--forward-https". This might be useful if darkhttpd is behind a reverse proxy that supports SSL.

This is a patch I hacked out a few years ago. I prematurely created this PR. I'm closing it to fix issues that were acceptable for my purposes at the time but not acceptable if I'm attempting to push this upstream. I'll be back. |

Forward to HTTPS if X-Forwarded-Proto is equal to "http". This can be enabled with "--forward-https".
