Try using css custom properties in a global styles file and see if they can flow down (or better yet) just be used.

At a minimum we should declare variables for primary/secondary/success and maybe danger/warn and info

I like the current two colour (three really with the default button grey) but it would be nice to make the 'submit' button pop.

Also worth seeing if the primary colour (black in the current two-tone 'theme') can be used to colour the svg icons.
