Destruction is missing a few minor touches to be completely raid-ready.

The priority list works like this:

  • Curse of the Elements
    • Neither of the following debuffs are on the target:
      • Curse of the Elements
      • Lightning Breath
      • Master Poisoner
  • Dark Soul
    • Whenever it's ready.
  • Summon Doomguard
    • Whenever it's ready.
  • Shadowburn
    • Target is below 20% health and at least one of the following:
      • Full on Burning Embers.
      • Dark Soul is active.
      • Player's Mana is below 20%.
  • Immolate
    • Both of the following:
      • Immolate needs refreshing.
      • Immolate isn't already being casted.
  • Conflagrate
    • Both of the following:
      • Conflagrate can be cast.
      • Conflagrate has 2 charges.
  • Chaos Bolt
    • Chaos Bolt can be cast, and at least one of the following:
      • Full on Burning Embers.
      • Skull Banner buff is active.
      • Dark Soul buff is active.
  • Conflagrate
    • Whenever it's ready.
  • Incinerate
    • Whenever it's ready.
  • Fel Flame
    • Always.

This is currently quite close to http://www.icy-veins.com/destruction-warlock-wow-pve-dps-rotation-cooldowns-abilities, and leaves only the following to be desired:

  • You should only "abuse" the Backdraft buff by casting Chaos Bolt if you intend to cast Several Chaos Bolts in quick succession.
  • You should apparently be dropping a Rain of Fire if you're under a significant haste buff.
  • Trinket procs may alter priorities.

I will consider this "good enough" for now.

Destruction is sadly acting up. It shows Fel Flame far too often in practice. I am reopening the issue.
