ERROR: CVideoPlayer::OpenInputStream - error opening

KODI from DEBIAN 11
I got the following error since today (yesterday everything was fine). I wanted to start watching TV from my PVR. After updating successfull Widevine also the ARD AddOn Video viewing and Amazon Video did not work anymore.

Attach the log with just just starting the stream on PVR (complete log as link below):

This problem has nothing to do with InputStreamHelper Addon, it's a PVR WaipuTV issue: flubshi/pvr.waipu#181
