It is possible with Emlog ML - MultiLingual version of Emlog Pro.
For now there are 3 languages onboard:

1. Simplified Chinese
2. English
3. Russian

But you can add more language packs as you wish.

Currently, the multilingual feature only applies to CMS interface elements, not to article content.
That is, the content of the article should be in only one language.
